I like having yogurt for breakfast in summer. I don’t really know why, but I especially enjoy yogurts this time of year and lately I’ve become a big fan of Alpro yogurts, a brand I buy in Gadis Supermercados. One of the newest flavors on the shelves is blueberry and because I really could have blueberries all day, everyday, I just grabbed one of those and brought it home, so I could prepare this granola, baked peaches and yogurt bowl.
The title of this post already suggests that the recipe is super easy. Nothing complicated here. You’ll need a yogurt, of course, then you can choose from any of the homemade granola recipes on this blog and then you’ll have to bake a peach. It doesn’t get much easier than this. If you don’t want or if you can’t use an oven, you can also make this in a pan. On this occasion I baked several peaches and prepared some extra granola, so I could have enough for several days.
INGREDIENTS
Alpro blackberry yogurt
Homemade granola (as much or as little as you like)
Half a peach per bowl
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 150ºC (300ºF) and start preparing the granola, following the instructions of my classic recipe here. Leave some space in the baking tray for the peaches, and cut them in half. Bake 15 minutes in total for everything.
Serve the amount of yogurt you want, add fruit and then granola on top. Buon appetito with this granola, baked peaches and yogurt bowl!
