I am sure this Dutch Baby Pancake is one of the most instagrammable breakfasts, you know those dishes you see all over Instagram. It’s not strange to me at all since it’s delicious, quick, and super easy to prepare!
INGREDIENTS
75 ml (2/3 cup) whole milk
37 gr (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
25 gr unsalted butter (1/4 stick)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Toppings: berries, melted chocolate, pistachios, and icing sugar.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF). In a mixing bowl whisk all the ingredients except the butter. Then heat a medium-sized frying pan and melt the butter. Remove from the stove, pour into the mix, and place the pan in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate.
Remove the pan from the oven, a drizzle of chocolate, add berries, icing sugar, and pistachios.
