As you probably know by now, I’m a big fan of boards and of snacking in general. I frequently post cheese boards on my social networks and blog, but I also prepare other options as this healthy snack board, I’m publishing today. On this occasion, I wanted to try a new brand of Norwegian salmon, Skandia, that I had seen at Gadis Supermercados. The rest of the ingredients that you see in the photograph are also from Gadis: ecological cucumber, baby spinach, avocado, eggs, cherry tomatoes, roe, cream cheese, bread, and delicious capers in olive oil.
Method: as you can imagine, is incredibly simple. Cut the ingredients, boil the eggs and place everything as creatively as you can on the dish, so that it looks colorful and appetizing.
